Refund Policy:
At Sunrise to Sunset Weddings, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our refund policy regarding your down payment or deposit for our wedding officiant services:
1. Deposit and Payment Schedule:
- To secure our services for your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 10 days before the wedding date and is also non-refundable once paid.
2. Reservation of Date and Time:
- Your deposit reserves our officiant services exclusively for your wedding date and time.
- By booking with us, we commit to being available to officiate your ceremony and may decline other opportunities for that date and time.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- If you decide to cancel our officiant services for any reason, the deposit and any subsequent payments made are non-refundable.
- If you cancel more than 90 days before your wedding date, you will not be responsible for any additional payments beyond the non-refundable deposit.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your wedding date, you are still responsible for the full contracted fee, which includes the deposit and any outstanding balance.
4. Rescheduling:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to a need to reschedule your wedding date.
- We will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled date, provided it is available in our calendar.
- If you choose to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new date. Any additional fees due to date changes or adjustments in services will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing the rescheduled date.
5. Force Majeure:
- In cases of extreme circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services without any liability. In such cases, your deposit will be fully refunded.
